They will check your height and weight, blood pressure, pulse and respirations. The nurse will ask you if having and trouble with your urine bowels or stomach problems and she will ask you if you have your period yet. She may ask if you are sexually active. If you are don't lie as they need to know these kind of things. The doc will come in and check your eyes, ears, mouth and nose and throat. He will then listen to your lungs and heart and check your spine for signs of scoliosis. He will probably check your reflexes with that little rubber mallet. He may have you lay on the exam table and feel your stomach to be sure your liver etc are ok and not enlarged. After that he will just ask you if you have any problems or concerns and then he will explain about the shot and that is it. The nurse will come in and give you the shot and tell you what thier proceedure is for scheduling the second shot in two months. That is all there is to it.
