Number? That is the band size, the measurement around the chest UNDER the breast... I think the biggest is a 60.
If you mean CUP size, the biggest is a Z cup.

There are some pretty fat women in the world...though I'm guessing if you got REALLY fat, you wouldn't bother with a bra.
The usual largest cup size I've heard of is about an N. Some poor women get gigantomastia, a condition where their breasts just keep growing...and growing...and growing...it's terrible.
Even after they have reduction surgery, THOSE breasts usually grow to enormous sizes, as well.
Very painful and annoying! I mean, this is like some evil sorcerer's curse kinda thing--it's really bad.
Edit: I'm talking special order stuff, here. Like, you have to get somebody to cut it out and sew it up for you specifically.
