Is it true when if u exercise while u have your period
it wont last as long and the cramps will go away.
if so how dose it help and take cramps away?

Well I don't know about it not lasting as long but it does definitely help with those stubborn cramps! When you exercise you loosen the muscles that cause the cramps. Your cramps will be less painful and you will feel a heck of a lot better if you exercise during your period.
exercise will not make your period shorter or lighter. if u want cramps to be less bad don't eat cold things and take a warm bath. about the exercise thing and cramps i don't know how that works good question.
yes, that is true. To take cramps away, I've found it best to exercise, eat light and healthy, and take a small amount of pain killer.
When you exercise regularly it helps all your muscles in your body relax. The muscles are less likely to contract and cramp when they have been relaxed. When your period does come you will have less cramps and it should be lighter. This always happens with me ; ) God Bless
I was told it makes your period worse..im not sure on this one. You may need to ask an advise nurse or your Obgyn
