How do you calcutate your period?

Question:
i know you have to add or subtract some days but idk, how do i know if i have a 28 day cycle or 21- or something??

Answers:
its not always the same every time...so keep a calander and write down the first day of your period every month...I generally keep track of its duration although it has nothing to do with the cycle... you start from your first day and count. Always the first day you started. Thats the day the new *cycle* starts
write down day one and last date of your period. count the number of days. that is the length of your period. wait until your next start day. write down again. count the days between last day of one and first day of next. that is how long your cycle is.example: 28 day cycle
Get a calendar. When you start your period mark it on the calendar as Day 1. then when you start your next period mark that day as Day 1. Count from Day 1 to the next Day 1 and you can determine if how long your cycle is 28 days, 36, 45 - it varies, especially if you are irregular.
