Last night I shaved "down there" and I always put moisterizer on wherever I shave.But this afternoon I noticed I have a large white bump near my labia. It doesn't burn or itch. It's pretty small. What could it be? I am afraid I have some STD, but I have never had sex before or had a guy's penis near my area.

sounds like you probably have an ingrown hair. it looks like a pimple, it's pretty much a pimple with the hair inside of it. if you've never done anything to get an STD, then that's not what it is. if it's really concerning you, get checked by a doctor.
