Answers:
There are a lot of natural supplements that provide energy that most people don't have side effects from. There's ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.
Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.
Aside from that, general exercise tends to increase your energy as well... when your body is working more, it learns to work more and produces more energy to work more.
well to increase your energy maybe you can buy energy drinks.
Start exercising. I know that this seems counter intuitive, but the more you exercise the more energy you will have. It won't happen overnight, but it WILL happen.
I have Fibromyalgia (FMS) and part of that syndrome is chronic fatigue. There were days that i couldn't even get out of bed. About a year and a half ago, I started to swim. The first time, I was only able to swim 3 laps and that was resting in between each lap. Within 3 months, I was swimming 14 laps in 20 minutes with no rests. The best thing? For the first time in years, I had the energy to not only clean my house and cook after work, but I had a social life! For YEARS, the only thing I had energy for was work, and it took everything I had to do 40 hours a week. After I started swimming, I had so much energy that I could do fun things like play tennis, ride my bike, or go roller blading. So of course, because I could play sports again the increased energy kept self perpetuating. I FEEL GREAT NOW!
Good Luck, I know you can do it!

Don't get addicted to energy drinks with all that caffeine. They will only make you crash.
Eat right and exercise and get enough sleep.
Exercise regularly - sign up for a rec class. It will be hard at first, but your body will adjust.
Sugar, caffiene, and energy drinks will give you a temporary boost, but send you crashing back down afterwards.
If the low energy levels are profound or are impacting your daily life, you may want to check with your doctor. You could have some form of chronic fatigue, mononucleosis, or thyroid problem.
