I do yoga which makes me feel great. I'm not really losing a lot of weight from it, but it's keeping me moving and flexible, which is really what I need.

Drink lots of water and drink strong low water(put the kettle on and let it cool down for a bit,pour in a mug and drink) every morning and in the evening before you go to bed,you can drink strong low water as often as you like, but it's important to do so in the morning and b4 you go to bed!
