I have stopped the pill but have I done it right??


Question:
I stopped today it was the end of the packet I was taking Trifeme and my periods were as normal while taking them.
I have stopped today which is Sunday, my period is due on wednesday so have I done it right?
Is there any pattern or any safe way you have to take to get off the pill or do you just stop?
