it really does depend on what you mean by abnormal ??
No one will ever be labled stupid just because of they way they feel! Honestly do not worry about it! If your feeling low try doing something you will enjoy such as hanging out with your mates, go shopping, watch a movie etc.
If someone has physical problems no, because she could still be very intelligent. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
