anyway i have the same problem and it get's annoying. i wear a thicker padded bra not a thin one. sometimes they make this thin protecting gel layer stuff you could put on the inside lining of your bra. look it up on google i think. anyway good luck hun!<3 brii
Try keeping a thing sponge just big enough for them and not big enough to show.
Have you tried a padded bra. When i went shopping with one of my close friends she had a same problem i don't recall what store she got them at yet they have some with extra cushion.

Have a friend massage them gently with cooling gel.
Try kevlar. It also stops most bullets, which hurt more than bashing your breasts. I use it to protect my elbows at the shooting range.
Try breast shells which are designed to protect the nipples of breastfeeding women.
Try using a water bra, and put it in the fridge overnight. This should keep them cool for a while during the day. It will give you more cleavage also.

I wear either a thickly padded bra or else a waterbra. Gives me plenty of protection for my overly sensitive nipples.
