Usually any heavy bleeding during pregnancy is a bad sign.
It depends on how far a long you are on what is would look like. If you are 6-8 weeks it really wont look like anything other then a normal menstrual flow. I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks.
Do you have pain? Are you bleeding alot? How long have you been bleeding? Those are also questions that could indicate yes or no.

The only way to know is to have a Dr look at the clots.early on they can look very similar. Your blood levels can also tell if you were pregnant.
