I'm 17, live at home, no job and little income, my parents don't know I want birth control to regulate periods in case your wondering. when I called back another women said that it'd be anywhere between $0-120 something dollars. which is a lot of money, and I don't have a lot of money and was wondering how much to bring in. also, has anyone be into Planned Parenthood? what should I expect? Since you can't afford the pill, you should go to your local clinic. Inside they all have a teen clinic, it's completely free. They will likely give you enough for three months, and you'll go back to get more. For future reference, they also do pregnancy tests, pelvic exams and pap smears (also called anual exam) free. You should actually start going in for an anual exam, even if your not sexually active. I hope this helps.
Like they told you, Planned Parenthood is a sliding scale, so you pay what you can afford. Since you don't have any income, you will most likely not have to pay anything. My sister didn't have to pay anything when she went (she was an unemployed teen at the time).
I hope this helps!
