If i weight roughly 120 how many ibuprofen can i take if they are 200mg?

usually i take 3 but i'm in horrible pain from an ovarian cyst. what is the max. i can take? 4?

I weigh the same and I was told to take 800mg before after I had my wisdom teeth extracted. I never went over 4 though.
Read the instructions on the pack and be very careful not to take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours. Otherwise, go to your pharmacist or doctor for advice.
You can take up to 1000 mg at a time. Go ahead and take 5 for the pain. Lay down and place a heating pad on the side that hurts. I believe that will help you.
call your doc and request 800 mg Motrin -it's by prescription only, taking 4-5 200mg strength tabs doesn't work as well, they break down different in your body and you won't get any more relief than if you took 1. trust me, I've been there and I'm a nurse!!
