When I first started using deodorant, I used Teen Spirit. It is packaged in a smaller tube (not so wide like the mens' products) and comes in light, pretty scents. There is a kind called Secret Sparkle which comes in pretty packaging and there are a lot of scents to choose from (and matching body mists). Now I use Ban and I really like it.
For tampons I prefer Tampax, and for pads I prefer Always Ultra Thin. Note that it really is a preference - every woman who answers your question may have a different favorite, so your best bet is to try a few different brands and find out what you like.

There are some good deoderants for teens.they may work really well for someone your age...Suave has some good smelling ones, and as far as tampons...my daughters use OB...and pads are a matter of flow and size.

I use secret or suave deodorant. You can really use whatever kind you like best. And if you're nine i'd suggest getting the smallest tampons you can find... same for pads. Kotex are good. And I'd suggest the non-scented kind because scented ones cause infections sometimes.
I use the clinical strength Secret. I am hot natured and I have tried just about all of them. I like the scent of it and I don't have a problem with sweating anymore. It is expensive for a deodorant but I guess like with most everything else you get what you pay for. As for tampons I use the Playtex gentle glide and pads I use Always ultra thin. I'm 29 and I buy the exact same ones every time. Good luck!
It depends on how much you sweat. I used to use Dove and Sure cuz they smell nice, but now I kinda sweat a lot so I now use Mitchum and it's really nice. As for tampons, I use Lil-Lets and Tampax, and for pads I use Always. Hope this helps xo

deodorant brands are usually picked by try and find what suits your needs - for there are different sweat levels in people
