This depends on your age and health condition. Assuming that your health is normal, under 30 years old you may have sex for as many times as you enjoy, under 40 the best is 3 times a week, under 50 it is preferable to stay within 2 times a week and over 50 it depends on your health.
Keep in mind that biological age is often different from the ID age. It depends on the lifestyle and genetic factors. That's why one size does not fit all. There is no "normal". Eveyrone is different. I don't mind having sex once or twice a day but I know other people think thats too much because it gets monotonous. However much you want is what is normal.
