Question about birth control pills?

Question:
If you take the pill daily and you havent been feeling good and you throw up like an hour or two later. Will the pill still work?

Answers:
I think the pill has probably dissolved by then and already in your bloodstream. Maybe you need to ask the doctor about it to be on the safe side.
If you only throw up once you should be okay. If this happens 3 days in a row, start using barrier method protection until you start the next packet.
The chances are no and you should use other precautions for the next seven days, just to be safe.
The pill should be in your system an hour later.

BUT, to be safe, use backup.
I have had problems with nausea in the past and sometimes to the point of vomitting. I found that eating a bit before I took my pill helped and also changing the time of day.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
