You are right the pill can cause acne to get better or worse. The 2 pills most likely to improve it are Dianette, which is specifically licensed for acne, but has double the clot risk of other pills, and Yasmin, which was noted in its contraceptive trials to reduce acne.
any "pill" can cause acne in some subjects. it is a known side-effect.
got pregnant with 2nd child on that pill
microgynon is a combined pill and is supposed to help to clear the skin, however, it does cause other problems so the spots you had before are being controlled but the acne you now have is probably from the pill!
BC is a biatch! POP's are better for you as they carry less side effects and can actually stop your periods in 50% of cases after taking them for a year.
