and i have decieded to stop taking them now just only 6 days after taking them because the side effects have been really strong on me eventhough my doctor told me that it's normal what im going through and that if she changed me to a diffrent brand im still going to have to go through this process of my body getting use to the pills she also told me that i would be 3 times more fetile once i go off the pill than before i was on the pill becuse of the hormones in my body but i cannot handle these side effects they are really bad my question is i have only taken 6 pills so far how long would it take for the hormones to leave my body so i can strart feeling back to normal i was taking ortho tri cylen lo

Probably just a few days...I'd say you may have side effects from the lack of hormones for a few days...maybe. I had bad side effects but they lasted 2 weeks and now I feel fine. Maybe you should try a low-dose monophasic pill instead of tri-phasic. My friend is a nurse practitioner and she said she never prescribes ortho tri cyclen lo because of the side effects.
Give it at least a week. In the meant time if your sexually active use protection.
