Question:
I have this sharp irritating pain in my pelvic area. Around my ovaries/uterus. Its mostly on the right side. It feels like someone is pinching me on the inside. When I walk it feels like someone is poking a needle into me. It started last night.
Anyone have any ideas?

Ask a doctor. You might have cysts, which are usually okay, except they can cause pain...
Be sure to test again if and when your period is late. And make sure to test in the morning! I was pregnant for six weeks before it showed up on a home test, and I think it was because I was testing in the middle of the day and drinking lots and lots of water.
