What does pain in the uterus/ovary area mean?
Question:
It is a very minor pain and doesn't hurt unless I force it.
Should I be concerned?
Answers:
Definately go tell your doctor about what you are feeling, it could be very serious. I had the same kind of pain when I was 16; the first doctor I saw said it was an ectopic pregnancy, second said it was an ovarian cyst, and the third said it was kidney stones. My pain went away before I found out what it actually was. Go see your doctor asap.I hope it is nothing serious, good luck.
Not to scare you because I'm not a doctor, but when I had pain like that it was a softball size cyst. To be on the safe side I'd let your OBGYN take a look. Mine also hurt when I had sex too. Good luck, it may be nothing!
I would be concerned about any pain in that lower region, it could be kidney pain, or something pushing on the ovary area. I would get it checked, you never know unless you do it could be kidney stones, ovarian cyst they both cause pains down there and both are 100% treatable. Best to get checked before the pain gets worse though.
I had this exact same thing before too! I thought it was my appendix and so we went to the ER and I got a CAT scan. Turns out, it was an ovarian cyst. I would look this up, you might have one of these. If you do, it will go away after a while, but they can cause more trouble too.
