My right breast has been hurting, is very tender, and extremely hot to the touch anyone know what's wrong?

You have some type of infection going on. Since you have taken a preg test, there are some other things that could be going on:
Fluctuating Hormones: The primary cause of breast pain for pre-menopausal, non pregnant, healthy women is fluctuating hormones. During a month a woman's hormone levels shift and change as an egg develops, is released, and if no conception takes place, is expelled. This in and of itself can lead to breast pain. Further, consequential water retention can make your breasts more tender.
Injury: Breast pain can also be caused by injury in which case, if the pain worsens, doesn't stop, or keeps coming back you should seek medical attention.
Infection: You should tell your doctor if the pain doesn't stop or is accompanied by other symptoms such as:
unusual discharge
a sensation of heat beneath the skin
a rash on the skin
inverted nipples
These are classic indicators of an infection. These symptoms may also be an indication of a lesser known but serious condition called inflammatory breast cancer.
Sounds like an infection. I would get to a doctor ASAP.

no. i don't. it's not good, whatever it is. sounds like something is clogged or inflammed. do you have a fever? when you call the doc, you should write down all of your signs and symptoms of what going on- when it started, was there any trauma recently to it? family history? last period last check up? medications? allergies? you need some expert consultation girly!
I don't want to scare you...only a doctor can diagnose this, but I recently saw a news video about IBC (Inflammatory Breast Cancer). These symptoms you are describing are two of the symptoms noted on the news clip. Please go see a doctor to rule this out.

I had this when I was 13 & they said it was a bacterial infection that had settled in 1 breast. Don't worry it can be treated with a course of antibiotics and it will all go back to normal. Go to the Dr.soon though, because if left untreated the pain can become quite excruciating! In my experience I waited way too long because I mistakenly thought the pain was from adolescent development. It has been 20 years & I still remember the pain! Ouch! Again, don't worry you 'll be fine as soon as you get on antibiotics. Hope this helps!
