As we get older.. meaning 30 and older..do our breasts change during our menstral cycle. Meaning more painful.


Question:
Has any of you girls noticed this about your body. Mine never hurt as much when i was in my 20's but come 30's they ache so much.. even to take off a bra is painful. Also.. i wanted to find out if under your arms where your nodes are swell during your period and is sensitive an almost hurting...

They are normal changes and the come and go. I had tender breasts in my 20's but that went away in my 30's. I haven't had any issues with my lymph nodes but I have read about it happening. I also used to get a short but severe hot flash when my cycle started. That lasted about 3 years and then that went away. If you are on birth control they type of pill you take could affect which type of symptoms you have. Same thing with caffeine. If you take in lots of caffeine you have more of a chance of having uncomfortable symptoms.

Yes, this was a problem for me about that age. Each month before my period started, my breasts would be exceedingly tender. It's one reason (although not the only one) that I went on birth control. I took the kind of pills that let you have only four periods a year, and it was a BIG help!

Under your arms where your nodes are swell during your period!!?... well my advise to you tanty is to check this thing out..go see your gynae..

Yes your breasts get more tender for abouut a week before your period...Your cramps get worse as well...All of this is normal.
