You need to clean yourself more often
This is normal if you have been shaving down there with a razor. I started using an electric razor to shave that area to avoid getting the itchiness and redness and it works great.
Did you shave down there recently. If so then it is razor burn and it is very common.

Do you shave that area. If yes, then you prob have ingrown hairs. The best thing for this is bikini zone!!
