it says many woman have spotting or bleeding or may feel sick to their stomach during the first 1-3 packs...has anyone experienced this? im taking these for bad period cramps, and if im going to get sick from these, its not worth taking. i'll settle for midol... thanks!

I take Aviane.
I did experience nausea during the first 3 packs, but I easily stopped it by taking my pills with milk.
If you take the pills on an empty stomach, it upsets your stomach. The milk helps it.
I never experienced spotting or bleeding when I took my pills on time.
