Is my period close?

Question:

im almost 13, and all my friends have had their periods. I have armpit and pubic hair, and have been menstruating for a while now. i dont get mood swings very often, and dont break out much, but my mom didnt either. one of my best friends isn't much more developed in her breast than i am, but she's had her period. is mine close?

yeah you might be close. i'm not too sure cause i just got my period today. i got this sticky clear stuff right b4 i got mine. not the white stuff but clear. so you maybe are close. p.s. i'm 13.

everyone develope differently dont rush it i got mine when i was 12 my other friends got it early too trust me you dont want it just live life happy and it`ll come when you`re ready

It seems like it is getting close. Another sign of knowing when your period might come, is when white gooey stuff comes out. This sounds kind of weird when I said that, but you have to be out front or else the world would never know. So yea, stuff starts coming out and thats all i have to say.

Really without a crystal ball now one will be able to tell you. I am sure you will get it soon. but don't worry about it now. Trust me when you do get it you will hate it forever. Just enjoy not having it.

you should be happy that you don't have it yet. It definitely something you shouldn't look forward to. You will get it sooner or lately. I didn't get mine til 14. There is nothing wrong with you. Just enjoy the rest of these days.
