As this is an unusual situation for you, especially with the severe cramping, it might be a good idea to contact your OB/GYN. You could have a cyst, infection, or just be having an off month. It wouldn't hurt to be checked out though, and the sooner the better.
Best wishes.
Talk to a doctor, just to be safe. My friends eriod came five days early and she has the worst cramps ever!
I wouldn't periods acan change at anytime with out a notice I hope you feel better
No. Our body's go through changes from time to time. If it happens again, the next couple of months then see you GYN.
3 days early isnt that concerning. Just keep track of your periods, and if they continue to be early, you should see your gyno.
Wait until your period is over and see how you feel then. You didn't mention how old you are. Maybe it could be the menopause, if you are a older woman.
Wait for your next period and see how that is. I hope you're okay, though, and if you're really concerned I think you should see a doctor.
That is something you need to talk to your doctor about. You may have some sort of cyst or you just may have had some hormonal change. If you are on birth control, it could be that. You need to discuss this with your doctor. There are many things that can cause that.
nope...just be glad it came!! lol we are not all on a perfect 28 day cycle sometimes i start really early and sometimes a little late.
It can happen. When I was in college my cramps got worse. Only thing that helped was to walk the hall... And take everything I could get my hands on until I feel asleep.
I think we all go through these spurts where it just is abnormally worse.
Well could there be an possibility that u could be pregnant and going through an miscarriage. That's what happen to my bf she cramped the whole time & eventually she had a miscarriage
Periods USUALLY come around 28 days apart, but not always. Stress, hormones, diet change and other factors can affect when it comes. It can be a sign of menopause if you are old enough for that too.
If you've experienced just a small amount of blood it may also be "breakthrough bleeding". Check the link below for more information about things that affect your period. Overall though, 3 days off is nothing and you should not be too concerned about it.
Hi you..
3 days earlier shouldn't be a problem!
Cramps and heavy periods. are usual for women that have fibroids.. and those could appear at any time. In this case the heating pad is the worst remedy.. A good strong painkiller does the job..
See how it goes.. and if still worried ..go and see a Doc.
Hope it's nothing to worry about..
about the three days early thing...don't worry! mine came 6 days earlie this month...which mean i had to get it twice in a month! HORRIBLE! if you're living with another woman..you may have synced onto their menstrual cycle. if they have severe cramps they you might... i suggest ibuprofen or other meds...it helps a lot! GOOD LUCK ;]
hmmmm...
Our bodies as women go through so many changes and our period is top on the list of changes. It sounds worrisome for sure, the pain sounds like it was unbearable, yet i do not think that its anything to send you into a tizzy to rush to the doctor. I remember being 19 and experiencing one of the most painful period. Laid me up for a whole day and night wreathing and crying with pain. Could not even take pain killers because it was making me upset. But that was the one time for me. If you are a regular person then you should make a note to mention it to your doctor. In the time being observe this period and the next one to see if this is a new trend for you.
While you are doing all this keep up your fluids and be sure to be taking your iron suppliments.
Hope all works out well for u hun
