What can i do for my cramping?

Question:
im on my period (even though im not supposed to be cuz im on birth control and my period just ended 2 weeks ago). i have severe cramps in my lower stomach/back. i've taken 800mg pain pills, i've tried that baths, and i've even heated up a heating pad and i still have no results. what can i do to stop it?

Answers:
try some deep breathing to get extra oxygen to the muscles which are cramping
try going for a walk . the movement and fresh air will help the cramps and you will have something to distract from dwelling on your pain.
midol midol midol!
something that your teachers or parents would never tell you is, having an orgasm REALLY works good on cramps. believe me.
I know you're probably totally not in the mood but try some gentle exercise, as this helps me. Besides that I would have suggested heat, baths and pain killers. The orgasm suggestion also sounds like fun though! ;)
Hi Princess,
Try a warm soothing bath, a Heating Pad, & warm milk "even hot chocolate" and plse go to a library to understand these cramps & what is best for U? Besides Midol. "When I was r age I'd exercise & it worked!"Noboby wants 2 try, just willow pain
Wishing U Well,
LOL, Diana D
try exercise and take a bath that is soothing, like put some candles around and take some deep breaths.
