I have excessive hair growth on the neck region. The hair is dark and coarse. Anyone have any ideas of what would be the best wat to get rid of these on a regular basis? I am on medication also.
Answers:
Most PCOS patients usually wax or bleach the hair, or if there isn't a great amount of it, tweeze it. Perhaps with time on the med's it might become less.

whatever you do DON"T SHAVE. My cousin made that mistake and it looks horrible. She has chronic 5o'clock shadow. Either wax or have permanent hair removal.
I was on spironolactone for that. It takes 5-6 weeks to see any decrease in growth. I usually just wax.
