Yes it minimizes the pain I don't know why also it is adviced that one does alot of exercising while on their period to minimize the pain too why?I don't know.Do that and it is sure to help with all the abdominal pains one experiences during menstruation.
Yes you can do anything you normally do when you have your period.

Yep, I do it all the time.
I try my best not to, but whenever my period comes, I always seem to be at an athletic summer camp, so I get unlucky.
