Love handles & jelly belly.?

Can't say how long cause I am also working out and eating right to lose the love handles and jelly belly left over from having kids...i have noticed a decrease though by 1/2 and that is in about 2 months of walking and cutting junk food out and eating healthier. I have also thrown in crunches on a exercise ball and light weights to work my upper body as well, it all contributes to a healthier you in the end. So walking and swimming are the two best overall body workouts...best of luck and don't give up.
