Second period 4 days late?

It typically takes a few years for your menstrual cycle to become regular. It is not uncommon for young women to even go months between having periods during this adjustment time. Also, what is regular varies from woman to woman. Your normal cycle could be every 32 days (or ever 24 days).
If, however, you have had unprotected sex and are still awaiting your period (as your post makes doesn't make it entirely clear if you started 4 days late or are still awaiting the start of your second period), then you should either take a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor (or a free clinic) to have a pregnancy test done to rule out that possibility.
talk to your mom about this... just because the books tell you that your periods will be 28 days apart doesn't mean that they will. You could have periods 14 days apart, you could have periods 56 days apart. Consider yourself lucky if you are regular and 28 days apart.
Its fine. For the first two years you period will be irregular,so don`t worry. When you first start you may even skip months between periods. The normal cycle(days between periods)
is anywhere from 20-45 days.

If it is your second period, you are not sexually active and you are 4 days late you have nothing to worry about. Sometimes girls your age have one period and don't have a second until 6 month later. You may not have regular periods for awhile. Your ovaries and uterus are responding to changes in your brain and at your age they are not consistent.
No worries ok!
It' not bad. In the first 2years on your period they will be irregular. Just because ppl say it's a 28 day circle doesn't mean they're always going to be on time...especially the second month of your period.when it was my second month period i didn't even had them.they sometime skip a month...
Not bad at all, all girls are irregular after their first period, sheesh, quite freaking out!
