Instead of getting my period...what is this, what does it mean, is it normal?

Question:
Instead of getting my period im getting this pink stuff?! Its light pink. What is it? Has anyone else experience this? Could I be pregnant?

Answers:
If it's not time for your period, and say, a couple weeks off, then it's your egg releasing.
Could be that your period is about to start. If you're concerned, see a doctor.
Ya you could be pregnant. Get a test.
You have a yeast inflection and you period @ the same time... monist 7 huh.
you could always be pregnant. some people have some bleeding with implantation of the egg in the uterine wall. it's like a very light period (from what i've heard) that comes when your period should. changes in diet, weight, stress, exercise habits, etc can also alter your period. may want to take a pregnancy test to rule that out.
you might be pregnant, had a mis-carriage or going to have one, this happened to my wife, you should see a GYN soon.
Check it out with your gynecologist. It just sounds like a very light period, or spotting. Could be caused by any number of things. It's not necessarily something to worry about, but if you're fretting over it, call your doctor. Could also do a home pregnancy test, if you think you could be pregnant.
