Answers:
you can do an exercises called (kagal.). i don't know the correct spelling. what you have to do is when you start to pee in toilet, you have to try to stop pee. first you might not be able to do it but within few days you will see result.
another thing you can do is buy lemon oil. drink 2-3 drop lemon oil with water for 7 days.
hope it will help you.
You should see your doctor. They have medicine to make your bladder stronger so that you don't have accidents.
Yikes...you could always move into your bathroom? Or you could buy a little kid potty and carry it around with you.
You should go see a Doctor to make sure that you don't have an infection and, see if anything is wrong. An infection could cause this problem.
drink a lot less, especially coffee and water
I would try going to the bathroom before it's urgent. That way you're not rushing and not making it. Also you should seek medical help.
There is an exercise that I know of that can strengthen the muscles around the bladder which will help you with your problem. What you do is sit down and contract your muscles as if you really have to go, but your holding it in. Hold this for thirty seconds, relax, and then repeat. In addition, you may want to see a doctor. He can prescribe some great medicine than can help with this problem.
it is very common for women how have had children to experience incontinence. most doctors would recommend kegel (spelling?)exercise. that's when you tighten your vagina muscles as tight as can then release. do that for about 5 to10 minutes a day for a bout a week and you will notice a huge difference. plus it makes your vagina tighter!!
I would talk to your doctor about this but maybe you can try holding it in by squeezing your kegel muscles, the ones you use when you are peeing and you stop and start it. That might at least help to stall it until you can get to the bathroom.
Set yourself a schedule and go to a bathroom at least once an hour and pee whether you feel like you need it or not. That way if you do have an accident then you won't pee as much.

You should see a doctor - inconitence in someone as young as yourself could be a sign of something serious.
