Your experience with Mirena side effects?

Question:
I've had my IUD for a little over two months now and have been experiencing a small handful of side effects (depression, loss of appetite, moody, nausea), and while my depression and moodiness seem to be calming down, and I've been forcing myself to eat more, my nausea is a somewhat recent side effect and it hasn't gone yet. Is there chance of the hormone settling in and the nausea going away, or am I likely to be stuck with it forever? Have your side effects faded or did they stay? I really want to take it out, but I was never told beforehand that my form of medicaid doesn't cover the removal of it, and I can't quite afford paying for it out myself. Any honest hope?
