Sounds like its a little blood from your maiden head (Hymen) or cherry being popped. If it lasts longer then a few hours then you should see a doctor.
I've never heard of V-card!! But I'm assuming that its your virginity! Bleeding after first time sex can be normal, it shouldn't last too long, and shouldn't be too uncomfortable!
