They will take your height and weight, blood pressure, pulse, listen to your heart and lungs, check your reflexes, look in your ears and at your throat. Press on your abdomin to make sure everything feels right/no pain. They will take blood and will probably also send you for a chest x-ray.
During the physical part of the exam, the doctor will usually:
record your height and weight
take a blood pressure and pulse (heart rate and rhythm) reading
test your vision
check your heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose, and throat
evaluate your posture, joints, strength, and flexibility
just your overall health i think you will have to take off your shirt, but leave on your bra and they will look at your spine.
They will do what miss.maree said. Don't worry they won't make you take off your clothes and they won't look down there.
While I agree with everything everyone said, I must make one addition...
The doctor may, and probably will, do a quick pelvic exam. This will simply consist of him/her taking a quick peek down at your genitals to be sure there's nothing wrong going on down there.
