Any female of child bearing age who is sexually active and misses a period is pregnant until proven otherwise. Get her to pee on the stick! (= do a pregnancy test.)
If you have been having sex without contraceptions (why? she could have gone to a family planning clinic even if under age) yes she could well be pregnant, and youunger girls are far more fertile than older ones.

if you didnt use any form of contraception eg condom, Birth Control pills, IUD, IUS etc then she has a very good chance of being pregnant. do a test though because it may just be that she is stressed.
