The only exercises that get rid of fat of any kind are cardiovascular exercises. These kinds of exercises do not discriminate against certain areas of the body when burning fat; you will lose weight from all over, depending on your genetics. There's no way you can have a significant weight loss without losing some of your bust.

The answer lies in a combination of exercise & nutrition. As far as nutrition, your diet is best to be broken down in the following way: 30% carbs, 30% GOOD fats (olive oil, nut-based oils, coconut oil) & 40% protein.
As far as exercise, you absolutely need to do a variety of ab exercises that will target each of the 3 different ab groups, walking at least 5 days a week for about 30-45 minutes per day and adding in yoga would be a great idea for overall stretching & conditioning (it also works your abs!).
