Does yogurt or something help make your period symptoms go down?

Question:
I feel like it I'm eating strawberry yogurt and my stomach dosen't hurt any more, are there any other kinds f foods that do this, same with my muscles, it hurts just to type!

Answers:
Yeah they do...my sister eats it all the time when she's on her period. She says it helps a good bit. So, hope I could help your cramps.
(Midol is a bonus too)
Any probiotics should do the same thing... ultimately, they just help with digestion.

If you're looking for something to help with anything OTHER than just the bloating, you can try any of a variety of natural herbs that are beneficial for other "monthly issues".
Some natural herbs like Black Cohosh, Chasteberry (also called Vitex), Dong Quai, and Crampbark (which I thought was a joke at first, but it actually helps for any cramps) actually give a lot of relief for a lot of women. You could try Omega-6 fatty acids like those in Borage Oil or Evening Primrose Oil... that's probably the most popular item I see that sells for cramps, PMS, and many other "monthly issues".
i've heard that bananas do.
Bananas are said to help but personally I don't like them,
ibuprofen and paracetomol always work best for me.
