Absolutely not. You can be 50 and still get free birth control from planned parenthood. I went when I was 24. All you have to do is tell them that you don't have insurance and you have no money to cover the cost.
I went to Planned Parenthood until I was 25 and it was always based on my income (so I got everything free). Now that I am married...its a new story. Give them a call and they will make an appointment for you to come in and talk with someone about your options.
