Answers:
try taking another pregenacy test.
the missed period could be from stress too, or maybe you have lost weight since your grandpa's death and need to gain some before the period.
the best advice is to see a doctor
it's more than likely stress related. what a lot of people dont understand is that stress affects your whole body!
when my uncle died my jaw started to hurt, then all the joints in my body. then i got lockjaw! i couldnt open my mouth and it hurt sooo bad because my muscles were so tense! it lasted for about 15 minutes too. so don't be alarmed.
You should see a doctor now. That's all.
stress... diet change... exercise change... those are always the major causes of missed period. but there are soooo many things. girl's bodies are just complicated. if you are late, you've taken two pregnancy tests that have been negative and there are no other pregnancy signs... then i'd go with your gut instinct. wait another week or 2 and see if it comes, if not, make an appointment with your doctor.
Well stress can play a part. Also remember that those home test are not 100% and you could be. What you should do is fill bathtub up with hot water as hot as you can stand. Sit your self in it until it gets warm not cold. Cold water stops a period. Do this for a while and it will come down. Please check with your Doctor to take a test, I say this because if you are and you use this hot water treatment you might cause a birth defect of some kind. Good Luck...
im sure its stress. stress pretty much messes up your body big time. just relax and see what happens. if you get too worried to see a doctor :)
It most likely is from stress. If you're not having any signs that your period is coming go to the doctor now. Waiting for it wondering what is wrong will just stress you out more and delay your period further.
I'm almost certain stress did it, since it can take a huge toll on your physical health; even doctors are starting to realize and accept this. Don't worry about it being somehow "unhealthy" to not have your period (those birth control pills that promise 4 periods a year wouldn't be legal if it were) or that it will never come back. Once your life gets back on track and your emotions start to adjust (sounds impossible during the time when you're grieving, but I promise that will happen eventually), your body will go back to its normal functions and you'll get your period again.
See a gyneac urgently.
