anorexic
You really need to be gaining weight, not losing weight. You are very underweight and it is NOT healthy. You need to gain at LEAST 20 points to be at a healthy weight. That's not "model size" that's "eating disorder size".

Ride your bike, swim, run, lunges, yoga..many things can help you there. But while you workout you need to keep hydrated, or you will be feeling unnecessary pains, and maybe dizziness. I know this because i am almost always dehydrated. If you are hydrated, it helps you sweat more (a sign of a good workout) and you just feel better.
But in the meantime..sorry to say, you are underweight.
In all honesty I use to be a nurse. You need to gain 16-50 pounds. You are underweight for your age and height. If you're not careful you will become ill. You don't need to lose weight, flab or anything. Eat, eat, eat but eat healthy foods. Don't just eat and get obese. Be smart about what you eat. I will be praying for you.
