It's hard to lose thigh fat, but since you hardly weigh anything, you need to be really careful about it.
However, your thighs may not be fat, just muscular. Try doing exercises that work out ONLY your legs. You can find different ones in teen magazines or I'm sure online if you look around.
Exercises like squats, lunges, etc will work best. Search Yahoo! for "leg exercises" and see what comes up.
Do cardio like biking and running. It works!
i know from doing squats that my thighs have improved. but you probably dont have fat thighs if you're only fourteen!

You are not fat at all, and im sure you don't have fat thighs. You are 14 years old, you need to be happy with your body, there are a lot of changes that you are going to go through.
