I do know nipples can hurt when you are pregnant and it does show in the early stages.
They also tend to darken (the areola around the nipples).
Take the pregnancy test just to rule this out.
If you are not pregnant, it can be a fluctuation in hormones from your period.

u might be horny or something { not trying to be funny } or ur hormones are just running around crazy
well u could be pregnant so i would have a test done.
