It's ok if some air gets in there. It will work itself out...however when you say that it could kill you...I have been told that if a guy or gal blows inside it could cause your body shock. However, just stretching or having sex and getting air in there is ok.
It's normal, and you might have a vagina fart, called a "queef". It's normal because girls get them during sex sometimes also, when air is being trapped inside. I don't think your going to die from it lol.

NO it won't kill you, and NO it won't cause blood clots. You get air trapped in there having sex too. It just comes back out. Sometimes it's noticable, sometimes not. Ever hear of a queef? No, it will not kill you. This happens sometimes during sex too. It almost sounds like a farting sound when the air comes out. Its not deadly and the air will come out. There is nothing keeping it locked inside you. It won't cause blood clots either. Its perfectly fine.
