What is the best instrument to lose mass?


Can anybody give me some tips on ingestion right, doing light exercise [[ I own asthma ]], and any other tips? I would like to lose at smallest 30 pounds, by the end of the academy year [[ May 2008 ]]...is this reasonable, or too smaller amount of a goal? Please, any answers will be well brought-up! BTW: I am 14 [[ if you need to know ]]


Answers:    within order to lose mass you need to burn more calories after you consume! when you have be working out for awhile you will gain weight from muscle! so dont freak your body will look better no thing what!
read the book 'i can make u thin' by paul mckenna. i lost 30 pounds within 6 months and u can eat what u want. it is great!
