Please Help!!?

Question:
I just got my first tampon in a it was hurting so I tried to take it out and the thing is.. i cant get it out!! I had a mirror looking and its behind part of my hymen!! Its really unconfortable!! pleasee help.

Answers:
You need to relax, put one foot up on the tpilet bowl and gently pull on the string, it will come out. at the moment you are scared and tense thus you are subconciously making your muscles cling on to iy.

Once you have gotten it out, try again to put a new one in, again with your foot up on the toilet bowl, once you have it in right it wont hurt you and you cant even feel it, honesy.

Good luck and whatever you do dont just leave it there as it can cause toxic shock syndrome.
y dont u...um..well i dont know! do watever u can get it out!
A dry tampon can be difficult to get out even for older women. Try to endure it for a couple of hours until it absorbs your period flow. It will come out easier when wet.

If you simply can't stand it, try applying some lube or vaseline to the part that seems stuck. Move the tampon around a bit to try to distribute the lube.

Good luck!
This happened to me once, too. Just try to remain calm, and relax your muscles. It hurts because it's probably dry. Try using some vaseline and angle the tampon so you can pull the string out of your hymen. Slowly take it out, and remember to relax!

Good Luck!
