My boobies are always sore?

Question:
my boobies are always sore about two weeks after my period but not right before or during. what could be the cause? i wear a 36 DD. could size be a factor? i am on birth control

Answers:
It is probably due to good ol' hormones. Some women have tenderness at particular times during their cycle whether they are on the pill or not. I definitely noticed it more during the years I took the pill than when I didn't. I was on 5 different pills before we found one that had the least side effects for me and they all affected me differently. I also noticed that I would gain about 7-10 pounds when I was on the pill, and need a bigger bra, then lose it when I went off the pill and back into the smaller bra. And at the time that I was on the pill with "sore boobies" I was a 36A, so it isn't the size. You could mention it to your doctor and see if there's a different pill that's more comfortable for you. Good luck!
You probbaly retain alot of water. You can get medicine to help with it.It works for me other wise mine hurt so bad some days that I don't want to move.
your body could be doing a reverse affect due to the hormones in the birthcontrol if it countinues and gets worse then call your doctor, but i will say everyone's body is different . My breast used to get sore everytime before my period and about two months ago it just stopped !
