Girls only...!?
Question:
thanks.
Answers:
For new women, a period can take up to a year to regulate, this is normal for it to be late.
The symptoms of the menstrual cycle vary, you may or may not experience all of them. The dull headache sounds like you are about to begin another cycle.
As you go through puberty, your eating habits will flucuate, be on again-off again. You may eat a lot, you may eat little, you just never know. Instill in yourself to eat healthy when you do eat. Too, if you don't have enough to eat, you can experience a headache; I have never had a too much food headache.
Try Tyelnol or Motrin, Pamprin or Midol for the headache symptoms. The latter two also help if you have other symptoms.
Good luck.
hi!
im not sure about the headaches but if you have only had two periods its normal for you to b late
when u fist start you are not regular
i once didnt have a period for 6 months for no reason
i woudnt b too concernd but if you cant stop worrying i would go and see your gp to put your mind at rest

It is from both. You are hungry if you have'nt ate and you have the munchies which occure right before. If you're late your probably stressed out. Stop worrying :)

being stressed out can cause you to be late also head aches too.
its normal you wont have a regular period at least until after the first year of getting it. dont worry. sometimes you may even skip months but its all normal unless it continues until youve had it for over a year.
The headache could be from your period. Also being hungry is a good indication that its on its way.
hey,
Being late for ur period is completely normal when ur kinda just starting. sometimes u might even skip some. its no big deal. (ive only had a few 2) as for the headache, it might be from ur period but honestly, i dont no. i hope u feel better soon! God bless! bye!
yes it could be. headaches are sometines associated with pms. however you may want to google periods in order to educate yourself about your cycle. good luck.
