Question:
help?

Answers:
use dove... it clears it up
Probably what is happening is the cells which make your armpit hair, called hair follicles, are getting iritated and/or infected each time you shave. Here are some things to try:
1. Switch deoderant to something for sensative skin, or a gel-based deoderant.
2. Make sure you use plenty of moisturizer when you shave
3. Don't use your razors over and over again, use fresh ones.
4. Don't shave every day - let your skin relax inbetween shaves
5. Go to doctor - he or she might be able to give you some topical antibiotic cream or some steroid cream to reduce the inflammation.
First of all, STOP shaving for a few days. Jillagig is right, your hair follicles may be irritated or infected, or you could be allergic to something you put on/against your skin. As gross as it may sound, the best thing you can do is let the follicles "rest" from shaving. If the bumps clear up in 3-4 days, shave with a NEW razor blade and plenty of moisturing shaving cream, preferably for sensitive skin. If not shaving doesn't clear them up, if they get worse, or if they are under your skin and not on the surface, see your doctor. I had to do this about 12 years ago--painful lumps under my skin in my armpits. I saw my doctor and it turns out, I was using too much deodorant & had blocked sweat ducts! I stopped shaving for a few days & switched deodorants and haven't had a problem since.
Use Tend Skin. tendskin.com or just look it up and shop around. It is the best there is for shaving bumps pain and itch!! I found out about it on a morning news channel and I found it also works as a deorderant which is a plus!! Try it out. I know you will be happy!
